Before exercising, showering, sleeping, or washing, remove your new wire wrapped jewelry. Exposing your new ring, bracelet, or necklace to chemicals or water can compromise the metal, gemstone, or glass used to create it.
To clean, buff gently with a dry cloth (100% cotton is best) and store in a lined jewelry box or in the plastic pouch it arrived with.

Returns are accepted if contact is made within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be returned in it’s original condition within 14 days of delivery (unless otherwise agreed to).
**Earring returns: Due to the nature of this product and for hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted for earrings, at this time.
