FESTIVAL ORDER PICK-UP
Hello, my loves! This is for my beautiful locals.
I've heard you. You're local (or local-ish), and you hate paying for shipping. I get it. Crystals are HEAVY, and package weights can add up awfully fast.
Starting in June, I am now offering festival pickup! Place an order by the deadline for each event, using a unique code for free shipping (all will be listed below), and pick it up when you stop by on the day(s) of the festival.
All I will need from you is your order confirmation email. This keeps verification simple, and makes pickup a smooth and easy process for everyone involved.
**If you need a friend/family member to pick up your order, please forward your confirmation email to them so we can hand it over without delay.
All of the nitty-gritty details are at the bottom of this page, below the event schedule. Please read them carefully, before placing your order.

We will not be attending this year's event, as we will be attending a friend's wedding, but I still strongly encourage you to visit. It's a great festival with so many fantastic small businesses, and I know you will love it.

FESTIVAL ORDER PICKUP CONTINUED...
- Each event has it's own deadlines to order for pickup. These deadlines will be listed under each event on this page. They will also be shared on social media, and announced in the email newsletter, prior to each event.
- There is a different order deadline for made to order vs ready to ship items. "Made to order" will be in the listing title for every item in that category.
- If your order contains both ready to ship AND made to order items, please follow the MADE TO ORDER deadline, or place two separate orders by the READY TO SHIP deadline. Each individual order is packaged together, in it's entirety.
- To pick up your order, you must present your order confirmation email. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder.
- All of your items will be wrapped and sealed in a gift bag or a box, based on the weight of your order.
- Orders must be picked up within the hours of the festival. Our events are long, very exhausting days, with time deadlines for packing everything up at the end. Therefore, we will not be able to stay late.
- If you are unable to pick up your order during the festival you ordered for, steps will be taken to ship it to you, unless arrangements have been made to postpone pickup to a future event. A listing will be created for the cost of shipping and forwarded to the email address attached to your order. This must be purchased within 14 days of the notification email being sent. If it is not, you will be issued a refund, less a 20% restocking fee (based upon the subtotal of your order).
